About us
Katipa Group was founded in 2008 under the leadership of its CEO, Mr. Jean-Marie Goudiaby, a Senegalese national who graduated in Political Science and Management and Business Development from Canadian universities. His vision is to position the Company permanently in the Commerce of fresh and processed fruits and vegetables for the benefit of the rural populations of Senegal.
Products and Services
Katipa is involved in the production, processing and marketing of high added value off-season products for the benefit of vulnerable populations, especially women, in rural and peri-urban areas. As an example we do organic sweet onions, butternut squash, okra, Chili peppers, sweet potatoes, melon and we source for you within our network of smallholders Mangoes Kent and Keitt, Lime of Tahiti, Cashew nuts, and dry fruits and nuts, Cassava, etc.
The Company exports mainly to Europe and the United Kingdom but also provides quality and safe food to nationals especially to the active women who are very concerned with the level of residues contained in their daily consumption of fruits and vegetables. In that regard, we do deliver to your door highly safe produce controlled and assessed by our top quality control experts.
